Domestic & International Shipping

 

·         Domestic Shipping: FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India.

·         International Shipping: Shipping charges will be applied and are calculated based on the package weight and dimensions. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

·         Duties and Taxes: International shipments may incur import duties, customs charges, and taxes that vary by country. These charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. If customs charges are not paid or the shipment is refused, Takajhaki is not liable for any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch timeline

·         Each outfit of Takajhaki is carefully handcrafted with love, therefore, it will take 5–20 working days to dispatch depending on the nature of the product.

 

·         During peak seasons, sales events, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (like heavy rains, political unrest or public curfews), dispatch timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays via email or phone.

Receiving Order Guidelines

 

For order Safety:

Please record an unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 24 hours of delivery. In case of damaged or opened parcels, do not accept the delivery and share details with order number with us to resolve it quickly.

Order Tracking

Once your order passes quality checks and is packed, it is handed over to our delivery partners. Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.

We ship across the globe. Please check the eligibility during checkout.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Prepaid/COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@takajhaki.com or calling customer support (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6:00 PM).

Payments are secure and easy:

·         Net Banking

·         UPI

·         eWallets

·         Payment Gateways: Razorpay, PayPal, PayU

·         For domestic orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹10,000.

·         For international orders: Prepaid only. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Amex.

·         Credit Notes: Issued via email, valid for 30 days, and can be applied once on our official     

       Website.
